Traders wishing to attend this event must complete a Booking Form.
Traders selling chocolate/gin-related products must trade from a market stall measuring 8ft x 4ft (2.43m x 1.21m). This includes a table top and canopy.
Traders selling Food to Go must operate from a food truck or trailer. No gazebos or other structures will be permitted.
If accepted you will be notified by email and an invoice will be sent requesting a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the event fee.
Places can only be guaranteed on receipt of this deposit. This is a two-day event and traders must attend both days.
- Chocolate/gin products – £200 + VAT
- Food to Go – £400 + VAT (maximum space 6m)
- Electricity – £50 + VAT
- Two 16 amp cables and two adapter boxes each housing two domestic sockets will be provided.
- Extra cables may be hired at a cost of £50 each + VAT
- Extra adapter boxes may be hired at a cost of £10 each + VAT
